Phoenix

‚ So, I’m having kind of a crappy day today and I have decided to escape for a moment into Blogland. I don’t really have anything newsy to write about so I am going to introduce you to my pet cat, Phoenix.

Phoenix Isn’t he a cutie? We got him from the ARL last October. I let the kids name him. He is a Himalayan with possibly some other breeds like Ragdoll. He is a real lover. He likes to sit in the windows and play with baby toys. He also likes to try to distract me when I’m working at the computer by jumping on my lap and nudging my arm untill I pet him. If I can manage to ignore the initial nudging then he resorts to licking my arm. If I still do not respond then he will climb up on the desk and sit down right along the keyboard with his fur all up over it so I cannot type. He’s even good with the babies.

He’s not FAT enough!!! He’s a cute, nice, sweet, wonderful cat… but when you are going to pet a cat, you like him to be chubby and not bony! But, I do like the cat!

I HATE the cat. It doesn’t leave me alone when I am there. So I just don’t come over anymore.

Oh goodness… now I feel compelled to say something nice about the cat… I mean, look at his sweet tuffy face, and he loves Chris even though Chris is a cat-monger, so clearly he is a kind kitty! Just a little skinny for my taste!

Oh, ok, re-reading my first post, I guess I said plenty of nice things about the cat. Oh well… he’s a nice cat, I’m glad Becca got him, but she does need to do a better job of cleaning his litter box so I don’t have to listen to her and Josh argue about it so much lol ;)

Becca that is one cute cat. I love his legs, hehehe, he looks like he’s got little kitty pants on in that picture, lol! By the way, your blog helps me to stay sane during the day. I love reading how you Thraps are doing, keep it up & thanks! :)

The Cat is a great addition to our family if it would let me pet him more, but I guess you don’t get to choose the personallity of your cat or of your children and I wouldn’t get rid of any of our children even though at times they are frustration!!!!
