Josh and Becca Thrap and Family

Today is the kids’ last day of school before the Winter break.  They only have to go this morning and then right after lunch they have Winter parties with their classes and then they get to come home.  Yesterday they helped me make our holiday treats:  dipped pretzels, sugar cookies, chex mix, peanut butter yum-yums, and ‘crispy treats.  Today Josh is coming home early and then we’re going to the school to celebrate with the kids’ classes.  I’m not exactly sure what else we’re doing today, I had mentioned maybe taking the kids tro the Science Center in Des Moines, but we also still have a lot to do before we can leave tomorrow morning for the rest of the year.  I finished my last Christmas card last night.    Now I can really focus on wrapping and packing!  Oh dear!  I hear Elena making a mess with her breakfast!  I’d better run!  I will try to check in again at least once over the holidays to post how things are going.
