I am so over this rain. The first night it was fine, I can handle a little rain–it can be fun and romantic if you’re in the right frame of mind. But now on the fourth day of nearly non-stop rain, I am bored with it. It’s cold. I can’t let the kids out to play. I get wet running errands. My hair is one big fuzzball. My backyard is forming a small lake. Jacob’s class was supposed to go to the zoo today but …yep. You guessed it. The field trip was cancelled due to the rain.
